Here at Athens Moving Experts, we get it – moving isn’t simply packing up the truck and relocating. It takes a lot of time, effort, and special considerations, especially when moving certain items.
That’s why we offer various services to those in our community, ensuring that their specific needs are met.
Full-Service Long Distance Moving
This is one of our most requested services for a reason – not only do we help you organize, pack, and move your property, but we also help with disassembly, reassembly, and servicing of all your appliances.
Now, when we say full-service, we mean it!
We will help you pack up every room carefully, get everything loaded up properly, and then unload at your new location. The only add-on charges you may face include the purchase of boxes for packing, specialty items handling, or if you’re outside of our service area.
We do not charge for assembly, other packing materials, or fuel!
Packing Services
One of the most stressful aspects of moving is packing up the entire home (or office if you require a commercial mover). Instead of worrying about all the details of how to organize and pack everything up, let Athens Moving Experts handle it for you.
Not only will we send over a team to help you pack, but we’ll also bring all necessary packing materials to protect and label your property. The only charge is the price per box used. We do not charge any extra for the required bubble wrap, shrink wrap, or moving blankets that may be necessary to help protect your property.
The price per box depends on the size of the box:
- Medium-sized boxes: $3.00 each
- Wardrobe Boxes: $15.00 each
Loading/Unloading ONLY Service
At Athens Moving Experts, we understand that we aren’t your only option for packing and transporting your goods.
For those moving out of state and need a long-distance mover, you may choose to use PODS, U-Pack, or a similar moving service provider. But if you still need help loading or unloading your property, you can still call on us, and we’ll be more than happy to help!
If you need help loading a POD or similar transportation unit, we are more than happy to advise you on how to pack your unit to ensure the safety of your properties. For those interested in our unloading-only service, we will be more than happy to help you unpack the unit upon arrival.
