The Claims Process
To initiate the claim process, please complete the form below & upload clear pictures of the damage(s) that occurred during your move with Athens Moving Experts. It is always helpful to upload multiple pictures from different angles for us to best understand the actions needed to resolve the situation. Furthermore, please provide a brief descriptionof the damage that occurred, as well as any pertinent information that you have regarding the damaged item that may be of assistance to our Claims Department in resolving the matter.
Please allow 3-5 days following submission of your claim for our Claims Department to get back to you with information on how we will proceed with your claim. Once a claim has been reported, it is imperative that we gather the necessary information & discuss the details of the move/claim with the crew members from your job. This process may take less than 3-5 days, as we aim to resolve claims in a timely manner; however we will get back to you with the next steps/solution for your claim no later than five (5) days after you have submitted the claim.
