This was my first time using Athens Moving Experts, and they did not disappoint! Alex, Johny, and Ryan helped my college roommates and I move houses and they were great! From start to finish, the team was punctual, professional, and incredibly efficient. They handled everything with care—no scratches, no damages, and they treated my belongings like their own. The crew was also very courteous and easy to work with. They communicated clearly, worked quickly without cutting corners, and made what could have been a stressful day feel smooth and manageable. This is now my third time moving with professional movers, and Athens Moving Experts was by far the best experience I've had thus far. We had a long move from North Carolina to Pennsylvania, and the team at Athens did a great job walking us through the process, getting us a reasonable quote, and helping us prepare. The day of, everyone was one time and Freddie, Ibrahim, Moe, & Rob helped pack up the truck super quickly. They had tight hallways to navigate, but they were super careful and wrapped everything very nicely. Freddie & Ibrahim made the 8 hour drive and got us unloaded at our new place the next day, again arriving on time and getting everything unpacked quickly. They were also super cool, just nice people to be around, and not a single thing arrived with even a dent. We had a lot of heavy furniture and a ton of boxes, and there was no damage at all. Very thankful for all of the their hard work and expertise getting us settles into our new home!

Recommend! They know what they’re doing! The first day, Zak, Richard, and Johnny arrived and started right in getting boxes ready and then filling them. They asked questions about what I wanted to pack myself and checked to make sure I had put things aside since I’d be staying in the house that night and would need things like a toothbrush and clothes for the next day. The next day Zak returned with Mike and Ed. They loaded up and headed 2.5 hours away to my new house. They helped me get some heavy things into my car as well. Then they methodically unloaded the truck, checking with me about where some boxes should go since the rooms didn’t match up from one house to the other. They made sure they had area rugs just where I wanted them before putting furniture on them. Good attention to detail. Can’t say if everything arrived in one piece because I’m too tired to open the boxes, but I’m pretty confident that everything is fine.

This was our second time using Athen’s Moving company and I honestly can’t say enough words to say how professional and hardworking this company is. We had Ibrahim, Freddie, Dionte for both our loading and unloading throughout this process. Couldn’t have asked for a better team to handle our moving. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to use this moving company and know that your belongings and home will be taken cared of throughout the process.

This is our second time using Athens Moving Experts. Ibrahim, Freddie, and Jarel helped us move furniture from one house to another 3 hours away. These three guys were so efficient, organized, strong, and nice. We had an antique grandfather clock that we removed the chimes and pendulum from. They bubble wrapped the chimes in blankets and secured safely in the truck. The treated all the furniture with the same care. Everything arrived safely and securely. They unwrapped the furniture on arrival and confirmed all was ok. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone in the area.
